Privacy: how data is handled

Sign-in uses your ChatGPT account. Private try-ons and wardrobe access are linked to your account. Store applications contain the store name, email and website.

Photos and try-on progress are stored for recovery. Saving a look stores originals, results and selected products in your private wardrobe, separately from the public gallery. Clear all removes the current saved draft; archiving a look only hides it from the main list and does not delete it.

Try-on generation sends person and product photos to FASHN. Automated photo and result checks use AI services. The assistant uses OpenAI and receives your question and selected product details; when saved looks are selected, it also receives their photos. Do not send passwords or payment details.

Entered body measurements stay in the open page and are not sent to AI or the store. The conversation clears on reload. For questions or a request to delete stored data, use the contact below.

Pilot try-on terms

Generation is available to approved pilot accounts with remaining allowance. The cost for selected items and views is shown before confirmation. Use your own photos or photos you have permission to use.

The result is an AI visualization and may change color, detail or proportion. It does not measure your body or guarantee size or fit. Confirm sizing, stock, price and purchase terms with the store. Vestivo does not complete purchases for you.

Request pilot access from the homepage. For an issue, include the page address, device, time and error message. Do not include passwords or other people’s photos.
